Forging

large press forging

With a rich history as one of the oldest types of metal working,  forging continues to be one of the most effective means of producing high quality, low cost parts with minimal waste.  When applied to open die forging, upset forging and continuous hot forming operations, the use of induction heating technology provides consistently heated parts with minimal flash and scale.

Environmental contamination generated by the forging process has a negative effect on the longevity of electrical power equipment and each forging application is different.  This creates the need for application specific maintenance.  Unfortunately, we often find that in-house maintenance teams lack the experience and training needed to safely and effectively manage the inspection schedules required for their equipment.

We support all OEM power supplies / coil configurations and have the right solutions to keep your forging operation ahead of the competition.
